準備食材 prepare ingredients

把燕麥翻炒,大約10分鐘,直到有香味和上色後拿出來備用 dry-fry the oatmeal for about 10 minutes until the color becomes darker.

三根香蕉用叉子壓成泥 press the 3 bananas with fork into mash

加入蜂蜜混勻 mix with honey

燕麥加入核桃碎和鹽 add the walnuts and salt into the oats

加入香蕉泥和可可粉攪拌均勻 add the banana mash and cocoa powder
-
加入肉桂粉 add the cinnamon powder and mix it well
-
分成兩份 divide into 2 portions

一份倒進模具壓平 press one portion into the form

檸檬取少許皮,切碎 take some lemon peels and cut it fine

加入檸檬皮和檸檬汁進鲜奶油乳酪攪拌均勻 add the lemon peels and lemon juice into the cream cheese

加入香草精提味 add the vanilla extract

兩根香蕉切段 cut 2 bananas

把香蕉段擺上鋪好的蛋糕底 put bananas into the form

倒入鲜奶油乳酪 pour the cream cheese mix

用刀抹平 spread it evenly

倒入剩下的蛋糕底 pour the rest of the oat mix

抹平後冰箱冷藏20分鐘 spread it and press it evenly, cool it in the fridge for 20 minutes

巧克力隔水加熱融化 melt the chocolate with warm water bath

加入植物油 add vegetable oil

加入蜂蜜攪拌均勻 add honey and mix it well

倒上已冷藏過的蛋糕 pour on the cooled cake

鋪上榛果碎後冷藏半小時 add hazelnuts, cool it for 30 minutes
